Introducing Training Revision History on AMDOC
In the heavily regulated world of health and safety, demonstrating compliance is an ongoing narrative. Whether managing complex construction phases or maintaining ISO systems, rapidly verifying historical competency is essential.

To support these rigorous demands, we are rolling out a practical update to the AMDOC platform: Training Revision History.
Users can now access, review, and print all previous revisions of training records directly from the Training List within their dashboard. This fundamentally transforms how organisations manage and audit their commitment to workplace safety.

Historically, a major pain point in digital compliance has been the "overwrite" dilemma. When a qualification expires and is renewed, new certificate data traditionally replaces the old. This erases the historical timeline. If an auditor requests proof that an operative was qualified six months ago, having only their newest certificate creates an administrative blind spot.

This blind spot is now eliminated. When viewing a user's Training List, administrators can manage records comprehensively. You have the flexibility to utilise the "Print Latest Only" option for day-to-day verification, or select "Print All Revisions" to generate a complete timeline of an individual's training journey.

Strategic Advantage:

  • Streamlined Auditing: Auditors look for a continuous system of management. Pulling a complete history of training revisions
  • Incident Investigation Integrity: Investigators must establish the exact competency level of personnel at the time of an event. This feature ensures you can instantly pull the exact certificate that was active on the date in question, protecting your organisation from liability.
  • CDM 2015 Compliance: By maintaining an unbroken chain of training history, Principal Contractors can confidently verify the long-term reliability and continuous development of their workforce to meet legal duties.
  • Professional Development: Managers can visually track an employee's progression over the years, mapping out how consistently they maintain safety standards and identifying opportunities for upskilling.
