Job Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for Trainers to support the business. The positions available will be delivering training predominately in Essex and South East, however, travel will be required on a national basis as and when required.

Duties:

  • Deliver training courses

  • Actively participate in the growth and development of the company

  • Build good working relationships with staff and delegates

  • At least 90% of your learner feedback is rated good or above

  • Maintain the organisations quality standards by consistently achieving good or better grades through observations.

  • Personal performance meets objectives and targets as set by the organisation.

  • Ensure that the organisations and awarding bodies quality assurance procedures are adhered to.

  • Satisfies training and development needs by researching, designing, or learning training programs.

  • Presents training and development programs by identifying learning objectives; selecting instructional methodologies.

  • Reinforces learning by selecting and utilising training media.

  • Evaluates training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance; Recommending future training and development programs.

  • Prepares training and resource manuals by identifying purpose; assembling and composing information.

  • Maintains knowledge of instructional technologies by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

The role holder will be a person who thrives on imparting their knowledge and experience to others to ensure they have the necessary skills and competence to carry out their own role, with strong communication skills, they will be passionate about health and safety, training and development of others and have confidence to deliver training to a breadth of individuals.

The ability to deliver training is essential, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage, coach and develop others, you must hold relevant teaching qualifications, train the trainer for each subject delivered, willingness to undergo further training, adaptable, responsibility for own administration tasks.
